Working as an ESM Developer at FERCHAU Management, I focus on engineering and improving large scale service management processes for the company's various departments using the ServiceNow Platform. Over time, this role has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
My role involves designing, developing and implementing custom solutions while having an architectual view on the company's global structure as well as maintaining the ServiceNow Platform to ensure flawless usability for the company's employees.
